Collecting user feedback is no easy task. With FeatureFind, users have the ability to collect feedback directly in-app using our Smart Embed feature. Smart Embed integrates directly into your own application, allowing users to vote on posts via questions you ask. You can have questions trigger on specific pages within your app or on all pages.

Smart Embed Priority

By default, Smart Embeds will always show the user the oldest matching item first. For example, if you have 2 Smart Embed items that match the user's page based on the triggers, the user will see whichever of the two are older and not yet answered by them.
