PostsWhat is a post?

A post is a fundamental concept in FeatureFind and it is how your users share feedback with you. Posts can be feature requests, bug reports, and so much more. Posts are also categorized by topics you create.

You can create a post in one of two ways:

1. Creating a Post in the dashboard:

   • Navigate to the posts page.
   • Click on '+ Add Post'.
   • Create your post.

2. Creating a Post on the Live Portal:

   • Navigate to your Live portal
   • Click on '+ Create new post'.
   • Create your post.

Note: Admins must approve posts before they are visible to the public if they are created via the Live portal.
