A topic is the main way to categorize posts that get created. Topics are public by default, but can be set to private if needed. The default topic that comes with FeatureFind is Feature Requests but you can fully customize your organization's topics.

Here two examples of a topic

• A user creates a post requesting 'Dark mode' to be added to the platform. This could be a 'Feature Request' topic.
• A user creates a post reporting a 'bug' to be fixed on the platform. This could be a 'Bug' topic.
